Our Mission Statement

PAVUK (SPIDERS NET) provides financial and humanitarian support for the beleaguered civilian population of Ukraine. Principally to provide immediate relief, and long-term infrastructure reconstruction for families, women and children displaced or devastated by the ongoing Russian war of aggression on internationally recognized Ukrainian territories, by specifically focusing on restoring essential community services and children’s schools.

Description of Activities

PAVUK (SPIDERS NET) provides disaster relief and emergency hardship assistance to civilians affected by the war in Kiev Ukraine Region.

Our primary activity involves the rehabilitation of damaged civilian infrastructure, including repairing destroyed and damaged schools and local clinics. We also provide direct aid, such as school supplies, portable electrical power, temporary heat, internet services and other essential services, to individuals who have lost their homes. These efforts alleviate the suffering of the distressed and contribute to community stabilization.

Justification of Exempt Purpose

PAVUK (SPIDERS NET) activities qualify as charitable because we serve the public interest by:

  • Relieving the distressed by providing aid to victims of war-induced disasters.

  • Lessening the burdens of government by assisting with the reconstruction of public infrastructure (schools/clinics) that local governments are currently unable to repair due to the conflict.

  • Educational/Rehabilitation by assisting in the restoration of community facilities, allowing for the resumption of educational activities".

Specific Examples of Programs

  • Program that provides micro-grants and educational materials to local and regional schools to rebuild.

  • Clinic Support Initiative that help in repairing local medical facilities to ensure access to care for civilians.

All activities in Ukraine are directly managed by our U.S. board of directors, and we maintain strict control over the use of funds to ensure they are used exclusively for charitable purposes, as required by the IRS.
